U.S.Classic SCN#118 used This is a lovely copy of the #118 , in sound condition in every way, with average centering for the issue along with an extremely light brown cancel ($150 premium) and a 1 mm. EFO ($15 premium) on the left. It has outstanding color as well as a very strong grill.On the back,neatly in ink, is a small signature- possibly of an expertising done abroad.
